It was a beautiful, rather cool morning and the butterflies were abundant. I guess these butterfly bushes really work! The hummingbirds have been visiting as well.
Today we were all up early to get into the school routine. Ashley only had to attend school in the morning for orientation, book buy, and school pictures. Reagan gets to visit school this afternoon. Then it's off to a softball scrimmage: JV vs. Middle School. Tomorrow there is a best of 3 series pitting two mixed JV and Varsity girls' teams with a cookout afterwards. We like how the coaches really work hard on team building. The real games against other schools start later this week.
